CommunicateIt!!! Terms of Service

Effective date: 10/16/2026

Service operator: Communicate It Corp.

Business address: Atlanta, GA

Website: https://www.communicateitnow.com/

Contact: contact@communicateitnow.com

1. About CommunicateIt!!!

CommunicateIt!!! provides tools that help people communicate, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation, saved words and phrases, and personalized writing assistance.

CommunicateIt!!! is a paid service. Features, supported languages, voices, usage allowances, and offline capabilities depend on your subscription, device, and available services.

These Terms apply to our application, website, and related services.

2. Agreement and privacy

By accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them. Our Privacy Notice and App Improvement and Research Data Policy explain our information practices.

Accepting these Terms does not waive your legal rights or replace any separate consent or authorization required by law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or purchase a subscription.

3. Users of all ages

CommunicateIt!!! is intended for users of all ages and does not impose a general minimum age for accessing its communication tools.

A parent or legal guardian must authorize a child’s account, collection of personal information, or purchases where required by law. We may require age information or parental verification to apply appropriate protections.

A minor who cannot legally enter into a subscription agreement must have the agreement and purchase completed by an authorized adult.

Caregivers may help users operate the app, but must have appropriate authority before managing another person’s information or account.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and maintain access to your registered email address.

Protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another user’s account without permission.

We may request reasonable identity verification before changing sensitive account information or fulfilling privacy requests.

5. Paid subscriptions

CommunicateIt!!! offers paid subscription plans. There is currently no free subscription.

Before purchase, the checkout or app store identifies the price, currency, billing period, included features, applicable limits, and renewal conditions. Taxes and other applicable charges are disclosed through the purchasing platform.

A subscription does not guarantee access to every language or device voice. Device and third-party limitations may affect availability.

Renewals and cancellation

If your subscription renews automatically, that condition will be disclosed before purchase.

You can cancel through the platform where you purchased the subscription:

Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Access continues for the period specified by your purchase terms, unless a refund, revocation, or another applicable condition changes that access.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Do not assume account deletion cancels a subscription; check and cancel it through your purchase platform.

Refunds and payment problems

Refund eligibility follows applicable law, the purchasing platform’s rules, and any refund terms disclosed at checkout. Contact us if you need assistance identifying the appropriate process.

Failed payments, expired subscriptions, chargebacks, or revoked purchases may restrict paid features. We will provide available information about resolving the issue.

Pricing changes

We will provide required advance notice of changes affecting an existing subscription. Any required approval will be obtained through the applicable payment platform.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including text, phrases, recordings, and corrections.

You grant us limited permission to process that content to provide the service and carry out the defined app-improvement activities described in our privacy documents, where legally permitted.

Do not submit another person’s confidential information or record their speech without the permission or other lawful authority required in your location.

7. App improvement and research

CommunicateIt!!! collects and analyzes the information identified in its Privacy Notice to improve accessibility, reliability, transcription, translation, and communication features.

Defined app-improvement processing is part of our service practices rather than an optional research enrollment. This does not authorize unrestricted research, unrelated commercial use, or undisclosed sharing.

We will obtain additional consent, provide legally required choices, or restrict processing when applicable law or a particular study requires it.

8. Responsible use

You must not:

We may restrict an account where it is reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect users. Where appropriate, we will explain the restrictions and provide a contact route.

9. Accuracy, safety, and availability

Speech recognition, translation, generated speech, and writing suggestions can contain errors. Review important messages before relying on them.

CommunicateIt!!! is a communication aid. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not an emergency-response service.

Some features require internet access, microphone permission, installed voices, or external services. Offline availability does not mean every feature works without internet.

Service interruptions, device limitations, and third-party outages may occur. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to service quality or remedies.

10. Account deletion

You may request deletion through the account settings or use our account deletion request page to request deletion without the app by contacting contact@communicateitnow.com.

Account deletion includes a 30-day recovery period. The account can be recovered by logging into CommunicateIt!!! and clicking on Restore account before the recovery deadline. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. After the deadline, permanent cleanup runs daily and retries failures; completion may occur after the 30-day deadline.

Deletion may not immediately remove records subject to legal retention, security requirements, or backup schedules. The Privacy Notice explains these limits.

11. Intellectual property

The CommunicateIt!!! name, application design, software, and company-created materials are owned by us or our licensors.

Your subscription permits personal use of the service according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of our software or brand.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will provide notice of material changes where required.

Contact us first about a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law.

We use providers for authentication, hosting, storage, speech, translation, payments, and support.

Provider disclosure: User information is not shared with third parties.

Responsible organization: Communicate It, Corp.

1. Purpose and mandatory processing

CommunicateIt!!! uses defined information to improve communication tools, accessibility, language performance, reliability, and user experience.

These product-improvement activities are part of our service practices rather than an optional enrollment program. They remain subject to applicable privacy rights and any required consent or parental authorization.

2. Permitted research

The permitted data is based on the user’s usage. Research is limited to these disclosed purposes.

3. Data protection

Access is limited to authorized people with a defined need. Applicable confidentiality and security requirements must be followed.

Where appropriate, direct identifiers are removed, and results are aggregated. Coded information is not necessarily anonymous: voices, unusual phrases, and combined details may identify someone.

4. Future studies and external use

Future research must remain within the disclosed scope and a valid legal basis.

Unrelated studies, external data sharing, or external model training are not automatically authorized by this policy. Where required, we will provide further notice, obtain authorization, or complete applicable ethics review before proceeding.

5. Publications

Research outputs should avoid identifying individual users.

Identifiable quotations, photographs, and case studies require appropriate separate permission or another valid authorization. Participation does not guarantee a direct personal benefit.

6. Children and sensitive information

Children’s information and information revealing health or disability are subject to additional legal protections.

General acceptance of the Terms does not replace required parental consent, explicit consent, or study-specific authorization.

Research information is retained for an indefinite period and will be appropriately anonymized, unless another lawful retention requirement applies.

Users and authorized guardians may exercise applicable rights by contacting contact@communicateitnow.com.

Information already incorporated into completed publications or genuinely anonymized datasets may no longer be removable at an individual level. This limitation does not justify retaining identifiable source records indefinitely.
